In 2007, researchers at the University of California published a scientific study showing that MSM prevents cartilage depletion. Other studies have shown that it also prevents bursitis. And supplementing with MSM can also act as a support for the treatment of skin diseases like acne, neurodermatitis, and psoriasis.
