Refund Policy

We offer all our customers the right to cancel their order before despatch or return their order and request a refund within 30 days of receipt. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price of the original goods and standard delivery charges. To cancel your order, you need to inform us by e-mail info@essentialayurveda.co.uk. Items must be returned in a saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Returns

We hope you are happy with any product purchased but if you wish to return an item to us for any reason you may do so within 21 days of the dispatch date. This includes your right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations. You can either claim a full refund (less postage and packaging) on any item returned to us within 21 days providing it has been unopened, or you may exchange any item. You do not have to have a reason for returning or exchanging the goods.

Goods are to be returned at your cost and we recommend using a tracked, insured service to ensure safe return of goods.
