Lifebalance - The Ayurvedic art of living well

Lifebalance is a therapeutic journey rooted in Ayurveda and enriched by modern understanding of health and psychology. It invites us to restore balance at the deepest levels—cellular, emotional, and spiritual—through practical tools, nourishing treatments, and mindful exploration. At its heart, Lifebalance is about cultivating vitality, resilience, and equanimity, so that we can live not only longer but more fully, with clarity, joy, and contentment.

What is Lifebalance?

Lifebalance is designed to help you find more happiness, boost your wellbeing and kick start your health. Lifebalance is a series of 12 treatments over the course of 12 months. Each session commences with a consultation that gives clients tips on how to bring more balance to their lives. Through the consultation an intention is determined which is then taken to the treatment. A sublime gentle herbal oil treatment is given to the front of the body.

What is the goal of Lifebalance?

The goal of Lifebalance is more Balance, Equanimity and Happiness in our lives. This is achieved by learning how to bring one’s life into balance and harmony. Thereby it is possible to experience a better quality of physical, mental and emotional health. The main goal of Ayurveda is disease prevention and health promotion, it understands the intrinsic collaborative functioning of our mind, body and spirit. What influences our happiness and sense of life satisfaction? The answer mainly lies in the day to day choices we make, our way of being and what we do. The imprints and conditioning, that were shaped in early childhood and years of development have a large impact here, influencing our being and actions today. The great news is some awareness around conditions and patterns can be drawn out through the Lifebalance sessions and then they can be worked with. This helps us to return to a more authentic state, in Ayurveda this is considered to be closer to our innate Prakruti (constitution) we were born with. When we can better understand our life, how we lead it and what is happening around us, we have a better chance of finding more life satisfaction.  

Who is Lifebalance for?

Lifebalance is for anyone that wants to: – Improve their quality of mental, physical and emotional health – Promote longevity – Experience more contentment and equanimity – Increase inner self-determination, self-confidence and self- awareness – Create new patterns of conditioning – Improve their relationship with eating and movement How we choose to live our lives has a direct impact on our health and expression of our genetics. Through Lifebalance and directing our behaviours and actions in a certain way we aim to experience a better quality of physical, mental and emotional health both now and in the future.

Do I need to prepare for Lifebalance in any way? 

No, just coming with an open mind and desire to step into something new is more than enough. If you have been through Amnanda Process already then this can be really wonderful and supportive in helping you to be able to develop further.  

How much does Lifebalance Therapist Training Cost?

Lifebalance trainings run from 10am – 5pm and costs £100 for each day. Attendance of 12 workshop days are required, here are the next forthcoming dates for 2025-2026

  • Tuesday and Wednesday 9th, 10th September
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 14th, 15th October
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 11th, 12th November
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 2nd, 3rd December
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 13th, 14th January
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 10th, 11th February
