DELIVERY CHARGE

Free deliveries on all orders above £50 for mainland UK *

Standard shipping is a 2-5 working day service using Royal Mail tracked 48 and is £2.95 for orders £50 and under.

Priority shipping is a 1-3 working day service using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and is £4.95

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We try our very best to ship orders made before midday Mon-Thursday the same day. Our standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and your order should be with you in 2-5 working days.Please note orders to the Channel Islands may take longer to arrive.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes! We now ship to Europe and Canada, in addition to the UK and Channel Islands.

International orders are dispatched using a tracked service. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an international order, please note the following:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer — we do not offer free returns on international orders.
• Any customs duties or import taxes incurred are non-refundable.
