What is Coenzyme Q10?
Coenzyme Q10 is naturally produced by the body, and it plays a major role in supplying the cells with oxygen. But after age 30 its production steadily decreases. This lack of Q10 not only accelerates the aging process, but can also leave you feeling lethargic and lacking in vitality. Other symptoms may include insomnia and restlessness.
By supplementing your Q10 production with our capsules, you’re ensuring that your cells are receiving their optimal supply of oxygen. You’ll feel more energised, and your sense of well-being will be boosted, too.
What makes Amaiva’s Q10 capsules so special?
We’ve added black pepper extract to our capsules, which increases the bioavailability of the Q10. The piperine in the black pepper increases cell permeability, which allows more of the Q10 to enter.
We’ve also included natural grape seed powder and grape seed extract in our formula. These contain oligomeric procyanidins (OPC), which combine with the piperine in the black pepper to enhance the antioxidant effect, thus protecting us from free radicals.
Our capsules have no unnecessary additives; no sweeteners, extra vitamins or chemicals. There is nothing synthetic about our Coenzyme Q10.
How much Q10 is enough?
Our recommendation is to take one capsule twice a day, with water. This will give you a daily supplementary amount of 100mg.
