Organic Triphala Powder

Triphala means ‘three fruits’ - amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki. All three fruits are sourced from organic farming and are well known for their nutritive properties - rich sources of Vitamin C, antioxidants, flavonoids and other beneficial phytonutrients.

Its actions are unique - it’s an effective cleanser and it is also nourishing – being known as ‘rasayana’ or regenerating in Ayurveda.

Supporting a healthy bowel and digestion and balancing to all doshas, Organic Triphala helps maintain regularity and is great to take as a daily supplement.

Amla (emblica officinalis)*, Haritaki (terminalia chebula)*, Bibhitaka (terminalia belerica)*

Suggested Use:
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of powder taken with hot water before bed.
