Nidra - Calm and Sleep tea

Size

Unwind • Settle • Rest

A soothing Ayurvedic herbal infusion created for the quiet transition from day into night.

Nidra brings together calming chamomile and lemon balm with a thoughtful blend of traditional Ayurvedic botanicals including jatamansi, shankhapushpi, brahmi, gotu kola and ashwagandha. These are herbs traditionally associated with calming the mind, grounding Vata and supporting a more settled state at the end of the day.

Naturally caffeine-free, Nidra has been created as an evening ritual — a warm, aromatic cup that invites you to slow down, let the activity of the day recede and prepare for restful sleep.

An Ayurvedic Evening Ritual

Ayurveda recognises that good sleep begins before we go to bed. Creating a gentle transition between the stimulation of the day and the stillness of night can help establish a natural rhythm of rest and renewal.

Enjoy Nidra as part of this transition: dim the lights, step away from screens, prepare a warm cup and allow a little space between doing and sleeping.

A Thoughtful Blend of Botanicals
