The course is taught by UK Ayurvedic experts with over 20 years’ experience practising clinical Ayurveda:
Andrew Shakeshaft MSc (Ayu.med), co-founder of Essential Ayurveda
Anne Heigham MSc (Ayu.med), Author of The Ayurveda Kitchen.
They are supported by specialist online lecturers from India, including teaching staff from Jiva Ayurveda. Jiva is India’s leading provider of Ayurvedic medicine, treating over 1.5 million patients successfully.
This course offers a unique contemporary approach to mind–body Ayurvedic medicine.
DIPLOMA IN INTEGRATIVE AYURVEDA
The Applied Ayurveda Course is designed as a standalone qualification. There is an opportunity to study further components leading to a Diploma in Integrative Ayurveda, including training in Amnanda Process and Lifebalance. This diploma deepens therapists’ expertise in working with complex stress, trauma, and lifestyle-related disorders.

LEARNING FORMAT
The online tuition will be mostly taught live online, however, it will also be recorded and available to be watched for a limited period of time afterwards. This means if you have work or life commitments at that particular time there is still a way for you to access the material.
Twice per term you will be expected to attend 2 days of residential immersive learning in Norfolk. We see this to be really important and attendance is expected. There is some beautiful accommodation available on site and more locally.
