Boswellia Flex formula is formulated with herbs packed with antioxidants and whose ingredients are ideal for people with active lifestyles. Boswellia, Ashwagandha, Rasna, Guduchi and Punarnava are excellent for promoting comfortable movement of the joints and muscles. Boswellia Flex aids in eliminating toxins which can contribute to discomfort whilst also nourishing the muscular and skeletal system. Each herbal capsule contains: HPMC vegetarian capsule,  Boswellia (Boswellia serrata), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), Guduchi (Tinosporia cordifolia), Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) 

Free from gluten, soy and dairy. 100% vegetarian. Suitable for vegans.

Suggested Use: 
1-2 capsules taken twice a day after meals with warm water.
