Triphala means ‘three fruits’ - amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki. All three fruits are sourced from organic farming and are well known for their nutritive properties - rich sources of Vitamin C, antioxidants, flavonoids and other beneficial phytonutrients.
Its actions are unique - it’s an effective cleanser and it is also nourishing – being known as ‘rasayana’ or regenerating in Ayurveda.

United KingdomI am a 71 year-old man with type II diabetes. Whether it's due to my age, weight, diabetes or some other factor (e.g. medication) I became very constipated about 6 months ago. When I say I tried every known remedy I really do mean all available - either OTC at Chemists / Amazon or via GP subscription. I was so desperate I even tried suppositories and mini-enemas ! Some (eventually) produced a partial response but the quality, quantity and frequency was pathetic - combined with great discomfort and anguish. Then I discovered 'Ayur Cleanse' and 'Organic Triphala' from Essential Ayurveda which completely changed my life !! I played around with the combination - am currently on 2 'Ayur Cleanse' tablets and 1 'Organic Triphala every evening (which may, of course, change with time). Without going into too much detail, I now go to toilet - in a meaningful and satisfying way with no pain - every day (sometime twice a day!). These tablets are truly wonderful and I strongly recommend them to anyone who has developed this decapabiliting condition. Service from the Company has always been first-class.
