Abhyanga is a deeply relaxing, full body massage using warm herbal oils. Experience the bliss of 4-hands massage, the perfectly synchronised movements of two therapists coaxing your mind to totally let go! This massage allows the Ayurvedic oils to penetrate deeply into the tissues, improving circulation and increasing suppleness. Receiving abhyanga also as a single-therapist treatment allows us to work more deeply and help release long-held patterns of tension and restrictions.
Udvartana is a more stimulating ‘4-hands massage’ where an exfoliating herbal paste is applied and massaged by your two therapists in synchrony. It stimulates detoxification, increases circulation and breaks down fatty deposits in the tissues. It is beneficial for reducing cellulite, boosting metabolism, improving body contours and deeply cleanses your skin. This massage leaves you feeling light, invigorated and clear headed.
Vishesh is a deep tissue massage performed with Abhyanga. This invigorating '4-hands' massage uses a kneading action and firm pressure to clear deep-seated toxins from tissues and to relieve chronic muscle tension and fatigue. Vishesh helps to improve blood circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system leaving you feeling wonderfully refreshed and energised.
Your massage can be followed by a steam bath for you to enjoy whilst still laying on the treatment couch. The application of heat opens the pores allowing deeper penetration of oil and widens the body channels, assisting your body to detoxify naturally. The steam tent is designed to leave your head uncovered allowing you to deeply relax without feeling overheated. Stiff joints are eased and the soothing warmth calms the mind.
Shirodhara promotes profound relaxation by the steady flow of warm herbal oil poured on your forehead for a period of 20 minutes. It can be performed after your oil massage and helps balance the hormonal and nervous systems, increasing mental and emotional resilience.
Its soothing effect releases deep-seated tension and fatigue and it is great for calming busy or overactive minds.
Shirodhara enhances a meditation-like state and over time can help balance fluctuations in mood, enhance intuition, increase mental clarity and improve memory.

Pranic Healing is a simple, yet powerful system of energy medicine that uses prana to balance, harmonise and transform the body's energy processes. The body has an innate capacity to self-heal and uses prana or life force for this self-repair. If there is more prana available then the rate of healing is improved. Pranic Healing helps to accelerate this natural healing process by clearing disruptions felt in the energetic field and then directing prana to these areas and to the body as a whole.

Dorn Method is very effective therapy for back and joint pain using massage and gentle adjustments to correct misalignments in the spine and joints. It consists of a range of techniques and exercises developed to help joints and vertebrae slip back into their normal positions without clicking or crunching. The massage helps to stretch, nourish, align and energise the back and the combination helps to re-align the spine and joints, helping to regenerate the whole body.
