Gotu Kola formula is particularly beneficial for elevated blood pressure associated with pressured and demanding lifestyles. An overburdened nervous system which is perpetually in the stress mode of 'fight of flight' causes constriction of the heart's channels and impedes proper circulation of blood and oxygen. This formula balances nervous system function, helps relax the mind and strengthen the nervous system whilst also improving cardiac flow.

The formula also contains Arjuna which acts as a tonic for the cardiovascular system, promoting strength and resilience of the heart muscle. Circulation throughout the body is also improved as a result of balanced nervous system function and strengthened cardiovascular health.

Gotu kola(Centella asiatica), Shankapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Jatamansi (Valeriana wallichi), Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna), Amalaki (Emblica offinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), Yastimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra).

Suggested Use:
Two tablets taken twice a day after meals with warm water.
