This formula is beneficial for anyone experiencing joint pain, swelling or stiffness or as a preventative against strain due to repetitive or demanding physical activities. Great also for yogis and athletes to nourish muscles and joints.

Boswellia Serrata is a resin traditionally used to clear toxic residue (ama) from the joints to allow mobility and strength to be restored. Herbs such as rasna are included for their anti-arthritic and anti-inflammatory properties. Ashwagandha is a powerful rejuvenative which has a particularly strengthening action within the joints, bones and musculature.

Combinations:

For joint pain combine with Maha Narayan Oil
For added detoxification combine with Triphala

Contains:
Sallaki (Boswellia serrata), Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Guduchi (Tinosporia cordifolia), Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), Yavani (Trachyspermum ammi), Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Suggested Use:
Two tablets taken twice a day after meals with warm water.
