Triphala Powder
I've been using Triphala powder for a couple of years now and I'm convinced it has kept me pretty much cold, virus and infection-free for that period. Certainly an acquired taste the first few doses are a bit of an ordeal - but you get used to it. I was told it had the highest antioxidant level of about anything going, and the benefits are worth the initial adjustments to a most unusual taste experience!
