Arjuna and Gota Kola
My husband has been taking Arjuna together with Gotu Kola now for over a year and his blood pressure, which was not reducing with his prescribed medication (an ACE inhibitor), is now consistently normal - often 120 over 80. He also keeps an eye on his sodium potassium balance - but the Arjuna and Gota Kola have undoubtedly been the main reason for his blood pressure returning to normal.
