Chywanaprash is Ayurveda's primary formula for boosting immunity and supporting your health year round.
Ayurveda classifies certain herbs as
or rejuvenating because they promote vitality, increase resilience, improve complexion and help keep body and mind feeling young. Chywanaprash is the ultimate
tonic containing a combination of 35 of Ayurveda's foremost herbs, including amla or Indian gooseberry, one of the richest sources of natural vitamin C. High in antioxidants, the herbs have been specially chosen to harmonise all the systems in the body making the formula beneficial for all doshas or body types.
Chywanprash has been used for centuries to help families stay healthy year round. It's cleansing action works throughout the body gently drawing out toxins. Chywanaprash provides excellent nourishment, promoting good digestion and healthy functioning of the heart and liver. It strengthens the lungs , helping ward off coughs and colds and is great for kids too.
We use only fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) in our chy-wan-prash .... taste the difference!
Twice daily intake of 1-2 teaspoons of this tasty sweet, tangy jam is an excellent and enjoyable way to good health and vitality. Simply eat straight from the spoon, add to your favourite herbal tea or mix with warm milk to make a deliciously tasty drink. You can even spread it on your toast!
