A rich but light, sweet smelling oil which soothes and restores moisture to dry and dehydrated skin. Its warming, calming and nourishing herbs promote grounding and strengthen the nervous system. Regular self massage with warm Vata oil can ease muscle tension and promote deep relaxation.

Suggested Use:
