|POSTAGE AND DELIVERY WITHIN THE U.K.
We have tried to keep postage and packaging costs to a minimum as far as possible. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class post. Orders over 3 kg will be sent by courier.
Delivery is free on orders over £50.00 (within mainland U.K. only).
The above postage costs apply to U.K. mainland orders only. Shipping on U.K islands and overseas orders is priced individually.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in the U.K.
In cases where the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email, and an expected delivery date provided. If this is not satisfactory you may cancel your order and you will be fully reimbursed.
A full refund will be made if your order does not arrive by an agreed date or within 30 days of placing an order.
Non-delivery and delivery discrepancies
If you believe your parcel to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate. However, we have to allow 14 days from despatch date for delivery of a parcel or packet to comply with Post Office and insurance regulations. Before an exchange or refund can be made you will be issued with a form that must be signed and returned to clarify non-delivery.
In the case of any discrepancies like missing contents, outstanding items or incorrect price details, please email us at email@example.com immediately. You must do so within 21 days of invoice date.

We are very happy to accept overseas orders and aim to make the ordering process for our overseas customers as simple as possible.
Please complete the Personal Details form at the Checkout remembering to state country for delivery. We will confirm by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Average delivery times vary according to the method of despatch but please allow 28 days before contacting us in the event of non-delivery.
