Laura has over 10 years experience in practicing a variety of eastern and western forms of bodywork and health management. In addition to training in Thailand and India she has also completed a 4 year Diploma of Ayurvedic Medicine in the UK. Specialising in Ayurvedic therapies she regularly visits India to assist at a panchakarma clinic for chronic disorders.
Co-founder of Essential Ayurveda she is committed to increasing awareness of Ayurveda as a way of life and medicine. She is particularly interested in Ayurvedic management of conception and pregnancy and the care and treatment of children. |
